Mahjong Tile saves your progress locally on your device. If you delete the app, your progress may be lost. We recommend backing up your device regularly. For iOS users, enable iCloud backup. For Android users, use Google Drive backup.
Please check the Settings menu within the game to ensure Sound and Haptics are enabled. Also, check your device's mute switch and volume levels. If you're using headphones, try disconnecting and reconnecting them. Restarting your device may also help resolve sound issues.

If your in-game rewards or coins seem incorrect:
